Get in touch
Is Waffle Weather free?
Yes. Forecasts, rain prediction and the standard pixel map stay free. Early Supporter is an optional one-time purchase for the city-art preview.
Will TestFlight charge me?
No. TestFlight purchases use Apple’s sandbox and are free. You can test purchasing and restoring access. Beta purchases do not carry over to the App Store release.
Does the artwork cover all of Hong Kong?
Not yet. The current preview includes parts of Hong Kong Island. We’re preparing the wider map and fixing coverage, coastlines and seams. The gallery shows finished areas, not the whole map.
How do I turn city art on?
Open Layers, then City art. You can also open Settings → About Waffle → Help build v2. Purchase and Restore Purchases are on that page.
What are you building next?
Our first focus is the 3D pixel map. We also plan more city animations, bus and vessel journeys, hiking data and AI chat. These are plans without promised dates; the current purchase unlocks today’s preview.
See you out there.
